  • These are flat fees that assume you are in Farifax Co. or Prince William Co., and have up to 100 guests
  • If you are outside of this area or expect more than 100 guests, please contact us for a custom order
$25 - Delivery Only- To Fairfax or Prince William Co.; additional charge for other areas; Food dropped off in foil pans.
+$12/set to include wire rack chafers and fuel; you keep the chafers
(most events require ~3 sets)
+$1/person to includepaper goods (plates, utensils, & napkins)

$250 - Full Service - We provide serving tables, chafers, fuel, and paper goods; and stay on site and either keep chafers full or serve. We're usually on site for 3 hours: 2 hours serving and 30 minutes each for setup/breakdown.

A la Carte

  • Meats sold by the pound (cooked weight) or rack (ribs) - 1 lb. or 1 rack serves 3-4 people
  • Sides sold by the quart - 1 qt serves 5-6 people
